Louis Manolis is a Sales Professional spanning 46 years. From Electrical Sales at Chandlers in 1972 to Licenced Real Estate Agent representing Karalis Real Estate in Mt Gravatt current.

Louis’ career involved extensive knowledge in the Interpretation of the Property Agents Act with his role as Policy Advisor for the REIQ as well as representing the RTA as a Conciliator allowing him to conduct case appraisals of Residential Tenancy disputes in bond related matters.
