Due to the excellent marketing program. We had 39 groups at our first open day. Thanks to Michael’s many years of experience plus his knowledge of the area we were able to select and negotiate with the eventual buyer after considering the many offers we received from that first open. Michael went above the call of duty on many occasions to make sure the sale of our home was as stress free as possible from start to finish.
