Michael did a great job selling our investment property for the right price his dedication to the sale was evident with a great system of followup and buyer engagement. We would recommend Michael to anyone looking to sell or buy Phillip & Belinda Corbett

The Karalis Team sold us our investment property in November 2019. We were so impressed with the whole team, we kept them on to manage the letting of our property. Throughout all their dealings, they are polite, courteous, and get the job done as quickly as possible. We have received a 5 star service, in every area. We highly recommend John, Angelo and their whole team for selling or letting any property.

John was professional and considerate of all stakeholders, vendor & tenant. His communication and willingness to do that little extra stood him apart from other agents we have dealt with. We had no hesitation in retaining John's team as our Rental Managing Agents. Well done and thank you .

John and the team at Karalis were very professional and efficient in getting my property to settlement. John handled the paperwork regarding my sale very capably, ensuring a smooth transition during settlement. If you are looking for an agent that will individualise your marketing campaign to your needs and not force unnecessary costs upon you, call Karalis Real Estate.

Angelo and the team at Karalis were very professional and efficient in getting my property to settlement. Angelo managed to do this during the COVID-19 pandemic and still procured a respectable offer. If you are looking for an agent that doesn't treat you as another pay day and would like an agent that is genuine about selling your property at a fair price, call Karalis Real Estate.

This is our 5th property purchase, and despite all the COVID19 issues it was probably our smoothest. Angelo and John were professional and considerate of all stakeholders, vendor & tenant. Their communication and willingness to do that little extra stood them apart from other agents we have dealt with. We had no hesitation in retaining them as our Rental Managing Agents. Well done and thank you .

Angelo put so much effort and time into the contract sale of house that we purchased. Would make himself available at anytime and can't thank him enough. Would recommend Karalis realestate every day of the week!! 👍

My husband and I are full of praise for the service provided by Angelo at Karalis Real Estate. He is friendly, very approachable and professional. He has a very good knowledge of the real estate industry and was successful in selling our property. Angelo attended Open for Inspections at our property every Saturday until our property sold and we are very grateful for this. Angelo kept us informed throughout the whole process from listing to sale and we were never left wondering what was happening. I have no hesitation in recommending Karalis Real Estate to anyone wanting to sell their home.

Michael went out of his way to present the property to us on multiple occasions. He was helpful, genuine and friendly. He made buying this property at auction an enjoyable experience.
