Could not of wished for a smoother purchase. Michael’s knowledge of the local and surrounding area spans back decades. Hence why we chose him when we decided to buy our investment property. The thing we liked about Michael was his professionalism, you could always contact him and nothing was ever a problem. He went over and above. Our purchase was a sub-division pending, so it was a complex one. He made it easy. I’d highly recommend him if you’re looking at purchasing or selling as we’ve used him for both.
