I’m very thankful to Angelo for his support in selling a property heavily constrained due to zoning restrictions. This sale was conditional on a DA approval for additional lots. Due to the constraints and the prolonged DA process, it took several years from start to finish. Our circumstances were difficult, and I appreciate that Angelo stuck with us to the end. Throughout, our dealings and communication with Angelo were excellent.

Michael uses his vast experience and works with you to achieve your goal. He is a person of integrity which was valued greatly. He was able to provide very worthwhile information and was very patient in the lead up to us putting our property on the market. His advice on potential sale amount was spot on. Your Review Michael Sunderland has done it once again selling our Upper Mt Gravatt property, getting a great result. His communication throughout the process is of a high standard. His years of Real Estate experience gives him the edge on other agents due to the knowledge and history of local areas he's acquired over time . We've bought and sold a number of properties over the years and have always listed them with Michael. We've always been extremely happy with the sale prices he's achieved for us. When I say this, I'm talking as far back as the 1990's when things weren't booming like they have been for the last so many years and agents had to work so hard to get a sale. He works hard and never stops. An old school agent who makes himself available anytime. That's what we love about Michael 🙂
